1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PasteBoard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

PasteBoard offers a Pro subscription tier billed on a recurring monthly basis. By upgrading to Pro, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via our Stripe customer portal. Once canceled, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused time.

3. User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain all rights to the links, files, and content you post on your boards. However, you agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 100% uptime, PasteBoard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
